KFC’s business was expanding across Central and Eastern Europe and they needed a platform to communicate with franchisees. We worked with KFC’s executive team to understand their strategic messages. Then we produced a bi-monthly newsletter to share news, events, best practice, strategy and marketing goals. It was so successful we’re now doing the same for one of their sister brands. By writing informative content in an engaging tone of voice, we helped KFC build and unify a regional brand.
